Privacy Policy
Who we are
This website is run by Mistyprints, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) at Gouden Leeuw 111, 1103 KA Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42190041, VAT ID NL005568570B30, email info@mistyprints.com. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect and why
We sell only to businesses, but the name and email of the person we deal with are still personal data. We collect only the data we need. This website has no user accounts, no newsletter, no analytics and no advertising trackers.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@mistyprints.com. This does not affect what we did with your data before.
The age question at the start of the site and your language choice are not sent to us. The age answer is remembered only in your own browser; see our Cookie Policy.
Who receives your data
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services we need to run our business:
- Website hosting: Cloudflare, Inc., United States (transfers covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework)
- Email: mailbox.org (Heinlein Support GmbH), Germany
- Payments: Revolut Bank UAB, Lithuania (bank transfers)
- Delivery: the shipping company that delivers your order, such as PostNL or DHL
- WhatsApp: WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta), Ireland, only if you write to us on WhatsApp
If a provider is outside the European Economic Area, we only use it when the transfer is protected, for example by an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Our pages link to our social media profiles and to WhatsApp. These are plain links: nothing is loaded from those services until you click one. Once you click, the privacy policy of that service applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Email info@mistyprints.com and we will answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Other points
- We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
- This website is only for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
- We protect your data with access control on our accounts and encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- We will publish any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
